This popular playground in Riverside Park offers a variety of equipment for kids to enjoy, including climbing frames, slides, and swings. The playground is surrounded by beautiful greenery and has a large open space for kids to run around and burn off energy. There are also picnic tables and benches for parents to supervise and relax while their kids play.
Has the potential to be one of the nicest town parks in Northern Ireland if used properly. I walk it every day and love it's layout. A great recommendation for families..
There's little to no work done around the place. Needs alot of wild flowers planted to brighten it up and help with the wildlife. You'll see very little animals around the place, when it could have alot more. Spend less on the roundabouts that seem to get new flowers every other week and put something into the park. Overgrown grass and Marsh is a tad dull.
It was a lovely space until the council decided to fill in the duck pond because of flooding. Only a few ducks are left in the river and the place still floods. The dog poo is everywhere every few paces
Horrible experience took my daughter to see the ducks and for a walk with my family and must've seen 5+ rats. One of which was really close to us. Crowd of youths with slingshots resulted in us going back to the car. Can't see us coming back anytime soon.
Lovely walk, great secure dog field where you can let your dogs off lead to play. Some better signage would be good as it would be easy to lose track of where you are
Loads of teens fight alot, drink under aged and smoke. When me and my friend have to go through the park we feel like we will get punched.
