Whithaugh Park residential centre is situated in the unspoilt landscape of the Scottish Borders countryside and shares its surroundings with forests and rivers. The centre is a popular choice for group accommodation, outdoor activities and mountain biking. Equipped with a stunning bike skills course, you'll also find one of the 7stanes world class mountain bike trails running right next to the centre. Just 40 minutes' drive from the M6, Whithaugh Park has a wealth of natural adventure resources right on the doorstep and is perfect for great days out in Scotland, church retreats, school trips and youth group weekends away.
Amazing experience with my group! Well maintained facilities, sizable beds (but a tad bit too small for taller persons) and awesome atmosphere and scenery. I also appreciate the various group activities! I would certainly come here again if I get the chance to!
Whitaugh Park is the perfect place to allow young people (and adults!) to step out of their comfort zone and try new things. We have just got back from a 2 day residential with 70 students aged 13-18. The instructors were fantastic with all ages and abilities and tailored their guidance to suit the needs of each group. The facilities were great and gave us the chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. Tracey was fantastic in supporting us with our booking; she couldn't have been more helpful. We could have happily stayed longer as we had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much. I'm sure we will be back!
Stayed here for one night before a cycle event at Kielder Castle (just over 30 mins away). It's rudimentary, but it's really well done. The cabins are nicely spaced out. The accommodation is very comfortable. The communal kitchen is very well stocked. Staff are very welcoming. Many thanks.
Brilliant site. Very peaceful. Lots of activities. Great accommodation. Staff good with the kids. No mobile signal but WiFi on site. Will be back again. Close to kielder for a day trip.
We had a great morning abseiling with Hannah on bank holiday, relaxed and good laugh but very H&S, even got me my wife and son down the wall brilliant way to spend couple hours
Fantastic value for money and great fun! We did archery, kayaking and the zip wire while being guided by Ben from start to finish. He was superb with the kids and adults and made the experience even more enjoyable. A super day out that far exceeded our expectations!
