We arrived here to be greeted by Mike the owner he was friendly and helpful. We knew when we booked the hotel we were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift so we were prepared for climbing the stairs therefore it wasn't a problem. We were in room 17 which was a suite of rooms when we opened the door we saw the main bedroom it was light airy spacious spotlessly clean and has a lovely sea view, the furniture had been painted blue and blended in perfectly with the carpet and rug this room also has a tv, the next room we saw was the children's bedroom with bunk beds and beautiful child orientated wallpaper on the 1 wall this room also has its own ensuite and again the furniture had been painted to make the room an inviting place for children, next we discovered the kitchen which included a fridge, microwave and all the crockery and cutlery you could need, finally the lounge, again an unexpected delight it has a table and chairs a settee a TV a coffee table and a lovely rug. Each of the rooms has been well thought out with a lot of attention to detail and all were spotlessly clean. We went to the bar in the evening to be greeted by Mike and his wife Jacqui we spent a couple of very pleasant hours chatting to them they were the perfect hosts! After a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed we went down for breakfast the breakfast bar was well stocked with a huge choice of cereal and yogurts and different types of tea, coffee and fruit juice. There was brown or white bread to make toast from, butter and a good selection of jam, the cooked breakfast had bacon, sausage, egg, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and hash browns it was well presentated and cooked to perfection by Mike I don't like tinned tomatoes so Mike had cooked me fresh 1s. The Rockcliffe has so many positives and is definitely among my favourite places to stay and I'm looking forward to spending the rest of our holiday here! I highly recommend it and will definitely be booking again! Thank you Mike and Jacqui for making us feel so welcome in your delightful hotel!

We enjoyed staying here for weekend, rooms were comfortable and warm. The hosts were happy to meet our needs and offered a variety of choices. Excellent and quickly served breakfast, lots of choices and options for vegetarians. The hotel was 10mins walk into centre of Blackpool, free parking and a bar at the hotel made it the beat place to stay for us. Jacqui and Mike were very kind and helpful to us.||Definitely recommend this to anyone.

Mike and Jacqui are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our 6th time staying at The Rockcliffe and again we were not disappointed. The room we stayed in had a fantastic sea view. The room was spotless as always. The breakfast was very well presented and cooked to perfection. There is always a lovely atmosphere as guests chat with one another, so friendly. Ideal location, not too far from the the town centre and North Pier. A lovely place to stay.

We were very impressed and enjoyed our time staying in this B&B. We arrived and Mike was very welcoming. He made sure we were comfortable in our rooms and even sat with us to have a few drinks. He advised the best places to visit and the places to avoid. The rooms were very clean, a bit dated in decor but this didn't bother us. The B&B is in the perfect place, not to close to the bars and clubs. The hosting was perfect. We will return back when we visit Blackpool again.

Another fabulous stay this is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time has been a really enjoyable experience. Mike and Jacqui are perfect hosts and make us feel so welcome it's our home from home place to stay! We have stayed in 3 different rooms all with a sea view all spotlessly clean and well set out and we have booked several return visits! If you want good, clean, friendly and reasonably priced accommodation this is the perfect hotel! I highly recommend it!

Very friendly host, room was spacious and clean, lots of storage. Really great stay. It's close to the town centre however found it to not be noisy as it's tucked back a bit. Tram stop nearby and overall a really enjoyable stay and would happily return.
