Worth visiting at the moment, the bluebell woods are fantastic.
Beautiful & green area, slightly off the center of the town but I think it is worth it to sit or even walk by as the view is scenic. It gets even more beautiful if the weather is nice. Warning it can get quite muddy!
One of my favourite places in Bangor. Beautiful during a sunny day for chilling on a bench and enjoying the view. During the night, stargazing and appreciating tbe quietness. Also a great place for walking your dog.
Beautiful site to have a walk with the dog. It's the highest point around Bangor and provides beautiful views of the Menai Strait, from the Telford Bridge all the way to Beaumaris.
Beautiful views! Just a little walk up the path (admittedly a bit steep) and you get to this wide open space where you can look over Bangor town and the Menai strait. There are several paths to get here, just follow the signs.
Free to visit like a public park. Good views over the town and coast. You need good imagination to visualise a Roman camp but it's fascinating to think the Romans built a fort there, some 9 centuries ago.
Wheelchair-accessible car park
