My daughter and her sisters have been riding here for well over 10 yrs my daughter loves it and they have always been very patient and adapted to her needs and worries that she may have had. She grew so much confidence being able to help groom and tack up and often we stay to help and fuss over a few ponies. I have been to many stables/yards over the last 30 yrs and I can honestly say the ponies/horses here are always very well cared for and clean and happy and rested between lessons. Also it's a livery yard so some people don't work there they are just there going about their own business looking after their own horse. So anyone looking to start riding again they have some gorgeous well mannered ponies to choose from (even a Shetland) it's a very big yard and they are extremely busy so yes some people don't have the time to stand around chatting so that's not being rude they just have alot to get done.
Absolutely fantastic. I take my son every week for riding lessons. They have given him such confidence. He is riding well and achieving. Really pleased with the level of experience and care given at the stables. I could not fault at all. A great team, friendly knowledgable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and am hoping to restart lessons myself next year. A great place to learn.
Absolutely stunning horses We fell in love with Paddy and all night my little girl kept saying neigh shes only 9months. Clearly loved the horse. Service is outstanding we felt so welcomed and the way the Paddy the Pony looked, clearly shows how well looked after he is. Management was excellent, we were late and they still accepted us! Can't fault the service we received. We requested to have 1:1 with a pony for a personal blog shoot, the horse was SOO well behaved throughout and we even gave him a few kisses. Overall we would defo use their services again and had a great experience with both the staff and management. The lady who accompanied the shoot and controlled the horse was very very nice and gentle and spoke to us throughout which we would. Thank you so much guys xx
We booked a riding lesson for My two daughters. Unfortunately they came down with a horrid sickness bug the night before, so we emailed that evening to cancel. I called this morning to confirm the email had been received and I was met with an incredibly rude lady at the end of the phone! Complaining that there's no point emailing her at that time in the evening, and that she has no time in the morning to read the emails as she is sorting out the horses. Firstly I was just confirming she had received the email- I wasn't after an argument first thing in the morning. I appreciate that you have a cancellation policy, and that you are busy in the mornings, i have absolutely no problem what so ever with that, it is completely understandable. My issue was with the manner in which you spoke to me. It was incredibly rude and unnecessary. It is a shame as we have used yourselves before and my eldest daughter loved it. It saddens me to say that the whole experience has put me off.
My daughter had her 10th birthday party here. The kids where well looked after and entertained had a brilliant time with the horses. The horses are obviously well looked after and its clean there. My daughter and friends really enjoyed it. Well worth the money.
Unfriendly and poorly managed. Booking system they have is very poor. I have booked my 5 and 7 years old children with them when turned up no one knew we were in the diary. Then they did end up with someone with very little experiance to teach them their first lesson. Second week booked them and my wife for a lesson but only one hour before on Saturday they have called and canceled as they were over booked not happy don't waste your weekend with this ridding club. My opinion !!
