This splash park features interactive water play equipment, including splash pads, water jets, and fountains, providing a fun and refreshing experience for kids during the warmer months.
It was a lovely day to the priory gardens & Splash park, but unhappy the water fountain wasn't working. I shall be contacting NHDC. Hopefully, I will be working again soon. Kind regards
My child had a nasty fall here this week with the slippery surface, was unconscious for a few seconds and needed to go to A&E to get checked out. Saw many children slipping over too, few people complained (myself included) and next day it was cornered off and deep cleaned. Just a shame it wasn't done sooner before my child and I had to experience a horrendous episode. Thankfully she is ok but has put me off (and her) coming back again.
My grandchildren love it. Toilets nearby. My only grievance is there no toilets for women only. But there is one for men only. The gentleman who cleans the public toilets is brilliant and does a really good job. Please can a women's only toilet be provided.
Great outdoors activities place splash park is big enough for youngsters to run around, right next to it there are the new physical exercise equipment that can be used by all ages. Just a brilliant place to be on a sunny afternoon On the nice bright days you get the ice cream van and the coffee trailer turning up to add to the enjoyment
Just a lovely park, relaxing and cheery, people getting together sharing a picnic, great fun for kids.
Kids love water so love the Royston splash park. My issue with it is that it should have been cleaned as it's slippery in a couple of places.
