This 62-acre park features a large lake, walking trails, and plenty of green space for picnics and relaxation. The park is also home to a miniature railway, a children's play area, and a cafe serving snacks and refreshments. Visitors can enjoy boating on the lake, feeding the ducks, or simply taking in the scenic views. The park's tranquil atmosphere makes it a popular spot for families, couples, and individuals looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Went with the grandchildren, 4 and 6 years of age. They both had a wonderful time playing on the climbing frames, swings, slides, and other activities . The grounds were well maintained, neat and tidy. Definitely will be back
Good park could do with more like roundabout more swings ect but kids loved the climb frames and big slide and feeding squirrels
Royton Park is lovely and there are two separate playgrounds - that cater for a range of ages - for children to enjoy. There's also a skate park which looks great, though we haven't used that at present. The only downside is that there are no public restrooms - could really do with this sorting out.
Good park. Got playgrounds for children, trees to climb, sandpit, slides and a small pitch. Also has a skate park and court.
Very nice tracks for walk n kids play ground, entrance is pretty cool with Xmax Tree's on both side of the main alley. You can easily access the car park in back of the park n enjoy the beauty of greenery.
It's a fantastic park, very quite you can enjoy your time.
