The centre is also home to Ruislip Lido, a popular open-air swimming pool surrounded by trees and wildlife.
Nice place and food didn't wait to much but because of some technical problems and many people there was not that much of beverage but the food was alright, there was plenty space where you could have sat, just the prices were not the best but still affordable, overall nice
Visited place with dogs & man made beach for dogs a bit of a joke. Stuck at the far end of the place & covered with litter which were health hazard for dogs. Cafe was very nice & staff very pleasant. Rest of place looked a bit tired & in need of a refresh.
Absolute fun, the lake not that very clean to have a good swim but for kids to have some summer time cooling splish splash is perfect. And the playground bit is amazing. There is a little aqua park(ish) thing too:)
The Lido Woodland Centre has been completely revamped thanks to the Ruislip Woods Trust and Groundwork Colne Valley. The re-opening has been delayed by the restrictions introduced to counter the Covid-19 pandemic. An official re-opening ceremony will be soon confirmed. It will be an engrossing interactive experience helping young & old learn about and appreciate Ruislip Woods National Nature Reserve.
Such a lovely day my kids enjoyed it very much thanks
