There was a female member of staff who looked really unhappy to be at Work . She was very rude to us and not pleasant to be around at all very blunt and a horrible employee, not an asset to your company at all. The trampoline area was quite good, but the soft play area was absolutely disgusting. There was rubbish everywhere. All over the place within the soft play. You could tell it hadn't been Cleaned in ages probably weeks. It was just filthy. There was nobody available to serve drinks when we tried to get some refreshments which was disappointing. The toilets were absolutely disgusting Complete filth, despite having a sign up, saying that they clean them and check them every 30 minutes. I wouldn't visit again, Horrible place.
Bog standard trampoline park. There are areas for different ages and allocated time slots with wristbands. You have to buy and use their socks, no use trying to re-use socks from other trampoline parks. Good rainy-weather activity for the kids. Booking in advance is highly recommended to secure a time slot. There's also a cafe here for the grownups.
Good trampoline park, grandchildren loved it. The downside was the lack of staff. The poor lad in the restaurant area was on his own,in the school holiday. If you wanted something you have to press a call button and wait for someone to come from another location. The lad in the restaurant was serving, cooking, delivering to tablets, cleaning etc. I felt sorry for him.
Kids loved their session. Wasn't too busy which also helped and they also met and played with other kids which enhanced their experience even more. Can't wait to go back and hopefully have an even better experience. Even my one year old had a blast
Great facility and safely managed-! Staff are very friendly and kind. The trampoline part was managed safely and I felt confident to bring my young child. My husband was impressed by the kindness of the manager.
We've been going to rush for years and I've never had complaints. I don't know why things have taken such a turn but it's no longer an enjoyable experience. The staff are a bunch of fun sponges. Telling parents off left right and centre for every little thing. Your not allowed to move faster than a walk. You are not allowed to hold your small toddlers hand for a soft bounce because apparently it's considered as double bouncing. I mean c'mon! Let parents have some common sense. It's not fun when you know you are being sensible but being told off by the miserable staff all the time. In future, I'd rather drive further out and go somewhere where we are actually allowed to have some fun!
