Our visit to the farm was absolutely amazing! It was simply perfect! We enjoyed the walk around the farm to see the animals as well as the watermill. The indoor and outdoor play areas were a blast with kids. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. A 10/10 experience!
Took the grandson for a day out. Since my last visit the Farm has been substantially remodelled. A great play area full of swings, climbing areas and a maze kept him amused for a long time. The animals are all located in one area and are worth a visit. Plenty to see and do for children of all ages. Good helping of picnic tables and free parking. Plenty of toilets spread around the site. There is also an inside play barn which we did not visit. The main building has a shop but I was doubtful at first when I had to buy bubblegum flavoured ice cream but it was fine. A great day out at a very reasonable entrance price. Would certainly recommend a visit you will nor be dissappointed.
Great family day. The grounds and animals are lovely to see and you have the playbarn if the children have any energy left, while the parents grab a coffee. Make sure you see Larry the pig!
I just drove up for lunch with my brother as they were staying there in their tent. The kids were obviously very happy there, and everyone seemed relaxed. Lovely ice cream was available at the reception, and there was a playground.
Lovely location, lovely litter trails. Great outdoor park and indoor play area. It's ashame you can't feed the animals. And would deffo recommend anyone going to take a picnic as the cafe was shocking. Food was disgusting (except the pizza the my child had).
I love this place. Donkeys, massive pigs, goats. Water mill with person to talk to you about it and explore. Roman finds on site and new dig near by. Good children's park. Camping area. Cafe is clean. Only ever had a drink and cake. House that is still set up from years ago.
