Lovely massive beach. Long walk to the sea and you will need to wear crocs or flip flops as there is a flow of water you need to go through. Bare feet are ok but watch out for the razor clams. Lovely breeze and sea mist on the day we went.
Drive to stoney beach is no problem. Park for free at side of road by beach. I met a friendly local so I assume they are all nice around there. It seems to be a spot for dog walkers or fisherman and the view of the area ain't bad. If I pass this place again on a nice day I'd probably chill out here for a bit.
After having a wonderful lunch we came over the road literally to this pebble beach and sat there in the welcome breeze, the water was crystal clear and somewhere we came across unexpectedly but will definitely return to.
