A picturesque beach with soft golden sand and clear turquoise water, surrounded by rugged cliffs and scenic coastal paths, perfect for walking and taking in the stunning views.
A quaint seaside town in Kent between Hythe and Folkestone with a few little shops, a stoney beach and a nice chippy. Nice place but not a lot for children to do aside from the beach and walks. Worth a visit if you're down that way.
Nice clean chilled out beach with nice but expensive beachside cafes but beware of the seagulls if eating outside I literally saw a sea gull land on a ladies head trying to grab her baguette from her hand but too be fair the staff did warn us about them.
Beautiful pebble beach which stretches all across from Folkstone (although classed as separate beaches). It's very relaxing to sit on the shore and enjoy the sound of the waves rolling in and the wind rushing by. Very good for families and it looks like some areas are dog friendly and others you are allowed barbeques.
Recommend but on hot / warm days always take plenty to drink & eat .... Coffee shops are available & pubs are very pleasant & staff helpful Toilet near Boat House cafe but always smelly if your desperate take your Loo Roll with you just incase .... The Boat House very pleasant they do some delicious snacks & ice creams .... Take something to sit on - stones on beach are still dusty from diggers ( sea defence)
Nice beach, particularly when the tide goes out as it's then very shallow for quite a way out.
Sandgate is a nice place to visit for lovers of the beachside.
