Christmas attraction with Santa's home, elves' workshop, Rudolph, post office and light shows.
This was our third year here and we just love it. Money well spent. Lights and decorations and whole presentation are amazing! The staff are great and play the part amazingly! Such a cosy christmassy feel.
A great Xmas experience for all ages. Very professional staff who entertain and interact with the family to ensure the kids have a wonderful and great experience
Great spot for the kids. Small cafe inside. Santa's the main attraction but there's loads of wee huts to explore etc. Have Sterling - No euro and no coverage for cash or tap payments.
Unless it's better in the evening ( 12 in the afternoon for us ) There's nothing to see really my four year old was not impressed . . You'll walk down and be deafened by some budget Xmas dance tunes outside a cafe ( at least move the bmw and Skoda and the broken wood up the side of cafe) then make your own reindeer food 3 scoops of oats and three tiny spoons of glitter in a bag takes 5 mins max . Then onto five displays you view from the outside a very tired looking igloo with a garble of Xmas puppets and decorations and the nativity scenes just as poor , an old chicken shed with a Disney movie playing in a very old tv ?? there's a sleigh ride room with a non working display ( you've lots of staff it should have been noticed ) , then round to the dirty window to see the reindeer , next to the elf house , realistically 10 mins and THEN into a large living room with 30/40 other people set like a living room scene to see Santa come down the chimney to 2001 a space odyssey theme song . After briefly seeing Santa you wait your turn to be called for your Santa visit we waited 55mins while watching a person dressed as an elf play more budget dance songs and sing my child was nearly asleep after 15mins . The santas kitchen is what it says an old kitchen, Santa was fine he had my kids name and one of her hobbies you take your own photos ( you'd expect a souvenir photo but no ) and then for some reason into a bedroom to see a fake elf sleeping and that's you back outside to see a few lights and back round to leave again PS50 plus a 90mile round trip -- it would need to be half the price and I'd need to live locally before I'd go again .. Unless something else happens in the evening which I very much doubt I can t recommend this place. It gets two stars only for polite staff and an organised car park .
We have installed their lovely stretch tent for them for the last few years, it's an amazing place, great location and lovely owners.
A good experience. Well done to the staff a santa. All the grandchildren loved it.
