This location is only open to the public 4 times in 2024 and is well worth the visit for the miniature ride on trains. They also have model layouts on show as well. It was free to get in and you only had to pay if you travelled on the train. Visit there web site to see opening dates.

A variety of locomotives running on the day hauling passengers around the large ever expanding railway system. One of four annual open days held at the railway. Also included some steam driven scaled down commercial vehicles.
Absolutely loved visiting for their open day. Great day for the family and friends. We had to wait a little bit to ride the trains but totally worth it. The kids were thrilled to bits. Plenty of parking and staff to chat through any questions plus drinks and snacks available to buy.
