This busy, waterfront park offers a swimming beach, sensory garden, outdoor gym & kids' playground.
Beautiful place for a nice quiet walk with your dogs.
A gently graded path through the woods which can get muddy in places but is still generally suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs too. Other paths lead off up into the hillside for those wanting a more challenging route. Marshes, ponds and the river Seaton provide plenty of opportunities to see and hear nature and at least a couple of bridges cross the river which can keep young ones further entertained with a game of pooh sticks. With The Copley Arms at the top of the valley and various cafes and restaurants at the Seaton end there are good options for lunches, snacks and refreshments.
Brilliant beach here, really clean, loads of dogs playing, all the shops seem dog friendly, even the restaurant allowed dogs in. Public toilets next to the parking, loads of play area bits for kids.
Paid parking, large beach area, great for dog walking, Rock pooling. Watch out for seagulls!! But definitely worth a visit.
Seagulls jumping on the tables scoffing food because staff don't clear down tablets fast enough, it wasn't like it was busy. No access to beach from cafe. The lake and grass is well kept. Very tranquil area. Toilets by the carpark.
Located in Seaton, a few miles East of Looe. The country park is easily accessible from the car park and you can follow a well maintained pathpast reed beds, ponds and a stream. You can take a number of routes including a circular one back to Seaton. A nice walk in the winter but in spring teeming with nesting birds. Back in Seaton you have the Beach cafe or the Smugglers Inn for refreshments.
