The Seven Sisters are a series of seven white cliffs along the English Channel coast in East Sussex, England. The cliffs stretch from Cuckmere Haven to Birling Gap, and are made of chalk and clay. They are a popular tourist destination, known for their natural beauty and scenic views.
Nice easy walk through a mix of woodland and open moor. Easy to park. Well signposted. Some great panoramic views across to the Bristol Channel and inland across to Wellington and Taunton. A few Exmoor ponies and other wildlife.
Beautiful view and time of the year. It's an reasonable easy walk with views all across the Taunton Vale and the Quantocks. On good days you can see the Blackdown, Exmoor and the Bristol Channel out to Wales. Pony's wander across these hills as well as many interesting birds. There are lots of little tracks to take also.
Fantastic place to go and take a leisurely stroll with the family. Been going here for years and still fins new little routes through the wooded areas. If you can, it's really worth going when the bluebells are out, it's a breathtaking spectical. On an evening you quite often get greeted by some stunning sunsets and a picturesque view of Devon and Somerset. All in all, highly recommended.
Always a lovely spot for a quick walk somewhere high and beautiful.
360deg Views of our beautiful county. What's not to love. Fairly accessible on dry days, but off road wheels on buggies and wheelchairs would be recommended. Enough off the beaten track paths to explore and for dogs to have fun. Close the gates to keep the Exmoor Ponies safe.
What a great spot to rest and recharge after the hike up! We also had a chance to see the wild horses! Great at sunset.
