Hats and vests are included in the price, wetsuits to hire for cold days, safety rules explained very well. We came for inflatables but you can hire paddles boards. Staff is nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely little cafe (in a cabin) - delicious and reasonably priced (we had the filled baguettes and hot dogs) space to shelter if it's windy or inclement weather. Lots of picnic tables. I went to Shepperton Splash. The food is really tasty. The obstacle course was fun and challenging. The jumping part was my personal favourite and my kids liked it too. The water was very clean which pleased me. Overall the experience was amazing but there was a reason why I put 4 stars. Personally, I think the sessions should be longer. Some of the life guards were especially nice. I recommend coming here, especially if you have children. I can guarantee it will create a pleasant day; just be prepared for cold, deep water and falling in A LOT (still extremely fun). Will come again.

However, during the swim test, three of us were unexpectedly failed, despite wearing life jackets and being supervised by lifeguards. The fourth person in our group opted out due to discomfort with the weather. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. They seemed disinterested and gave us the impression that they just wanted to get rid of us. The aqua park was entirely empty, which made the whole experience feel even more frustrating. We believe the swim test criteria weren't clearly communicated. If participants need to be proficient swimmers, this should be explicitly stated during the booking process on the website. This would allow customers to make informed decisions before purchasing tickets. We signed the waiver form, but we're still unclear on the exact reasons for our failure in the swim test. Clearer communication, better staff engagement, and clear guidelines would have greatly improved our experience.
