Shropshire Falconry brought two beautiful owls to our wedding, a barn owl and a white faced South African owl. They were beautiful and so well behaved (as well as the barn owl Fleur performing perfectly as our ring bearer!) and a big hit with our guests. Steve and Lisa were wonderful and informed us all about the birds . Couldn't recommend enough for your big day.

We are still thrilled by it, and Santeo (6yr old) is especially excited--he has so much to share with his primary school friends when he returns. My partner and I truly appreciate the time you took to share your extensive knowledge with us and for being so welcoming throughout the session. Received a 1-1 photography experience as a gift. From the start Lisa and Steve were fantastic, asking what I wanted to get out of my time with them and if there were any particular birds I wanted to photograph. The selection of birds they have in their care is spectacular! I was fortunate enough to meet some incredible birds and handled by two talented falconers who knew how to handle each to their best potential. I came away not bothered if I had any good pictures as I'd enjoyed my time so much I was satisfied just being there. My experience was personal, relaxed and well delivered. Would highly recommend to anyone considering!
I had the pleasure of doing a fabulous workshop with Jonny Mo through Photosoup at Shropshire Falconry a couple of weeks ago. Shropshire Falconry is a fantastic destination for anyone interested in birds of prey, and a large part of that is thanks to the dedicated staff. Lisa and Steve are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They have a deep understanding of the birds' personalities and behaviors, and they are always happy to share their knowledge with visitors. One of the best parts about Shropshire Falconry is the opportunity to get up close and personal with a variety of birds, and it's also a great place for photography enthusiasts. You can capture stunning close-up shots of these majestic creatures. The staff were so happy to provide us with tips and tricks for capturing the best possible photos of the birds. Up close we saw baby barn owls, a tawny owl, red kite, white faced owl, kestrel, burrowing owlets. Then we had a chance to try to capture some birds in flight, Indian rock owl and two hybrid birds of prey that were so fast, they really tested our skills! We even had an amazing experience holding Islay the Golden Eagle. Shropshire Falconry is not open to the public, so when you book you know who's going to be there. Lisa and Steve were happy to answer questions about the birds. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Shropshire Falconry to meet Lisa and Steve and their wonderful birds, whether you are interested in birds of prey or photography. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none, and they provide a truly unforgettable experience. The opportunity to capture amazing photos of these incredible creatures is just the icing on the cake.

Three generations of my family, myself, my Mum and my daughter had a wonderful time at the owl experience yesterday. We flew and held several owls whilst being entertained and educated by Lisa and Steve. They are very knowledgeable and clearly love the birds and Steve had us laughing too with his one liners! Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It's in the middle of nowhere but well worth the drive out. We loved it! Thank you Lisa, Steve and your wonderful owls x
