It's a great park, playground for mixture of ages. Only thing it needs is a toilet!
Best Park though spliff Park is very good too, but the stuff to play on is a bit more for the older kids and teenagers, drunk adults and possibly a few hedgehogs who are obviously able, I mean they've been blamed for crop circles in the past
Having moved from Dronfield 20 years ago it made a nice change to visit the park once again. It is well kept and maintained. It's clean, litter free with the help of plenty of litter bins and dog bins. There's plenty of playground apparatus and game areas for children . Well done Dronfield Council
Had a nice walk with baby in pushchair whilst children played with dad on park. They loved the new zip line. Peaceful and quiet too not over crowded.
We like the park but it is quite dated and some parts need looking at - especially the slide (I think it may be being refurbished this year) it is better in the summer as it is so muddy! It is like an absolute quagmire, you run the gauntlet moving between the pieces of equipment. If they could do something about that during the refurbishment it would be very welcome!
An excellent park for 5 to 14 year olds. A path through the middle divides older and younger sections. Well designed to generate challenges. Surrounded by a large field and woodland. Mum's have group picnics in the school holidays. Very popular.
