The woods, per say, are very nice, but there's really no parking to speak of. It's fine when you are local, but if you've come here from a distance, just to enjoy a walk, it get worse before it gets better. Additionally, the satnav puts you in the middle of the village and claims that you have reached the woods. It's necessary to use one's inventiveness to actually get to threaten right place.
This is a lovely woodland walk for short , medium or long walks . It has a railway crossing you ha e to navigate entering and exiting but very safe with warning lights and spring hinged gates. It is suitable for all levels of fitness either walking or cycling. You can also walk to adjoining woods or even ( if you are feeling energetic) continue on to Springfeid appropriately 5 mils away all off road.
Small Forest on the East side of Ladybank. Can be accessed via. Golf St Level Crossing (East) or via. the Golf Course access road (Northwest). Great place for a walk or cycle (with mountain bikes). Connects up the North Annsmuir Woods via the golf course.
Lovely walk and very sheltered from the wind. One of many nice local woodland walks.
Fantastic place to walk the dogs, we go here daily regardless of the weather! Our furry family members need their walk!
