We really enjoyed our afternoon steam train ride with a English Cream Tea from Eridge to Tunbridge Wells return. Started with a pint in the Huntsman at Eridge - a lovely country pub seving great lunches. The volunteer staff on the steam train were tremendous and good fun. anning another visit soon.

Went for a ride on the wonderful steam train through Groombridge to Eridge Enjoyed a hamper of food and a glass of Prosecco The train was very clean and comfortable. Was lovely to experience a ride on a steam train haven't done it since I was a child thoroughly recommend it

Station is lovingly restored victorian station which is shared with National Rail services from Uckfield to Croydon , Oxted and London. Station allows the full atmosphere of a busy railway junction to be found plus weekends offers good coffee and cold drinks and sandwiches . Station is photogenic and ideal for photos of the changing of locomotives from steam to diesel or vice versa . Parking is available here or easy access from 26 bus from Lewes & Brighton..
