The team here were very flexible and allowed us to move our booking from a wet day to a much clearer day. Electric bikes were fully charged and the team talked us through how they worked and got us ready to go within a few minutes. Really comfortable and easy to use with a great cycle route to go round with plenty of view points and stop off points for a break.
Recently contacted Rutland to arrange reserving a last of stock bike prior to receiving my cycle scheme voucher to complete the purchase. The team over the phone including Jon and Will both very kindly and patiently assisted me in confirming details I need, helping me select and source accessories for my purchase and kept this all reserved for over a week whilst I awaited my voucher. Brilliant service, very helpful and patiently. Can't thank them enough for the work they put it with helping me as I'm far from a cycle expert. Regarding visits to Specialized Rutland Water, bike store I can not praise the staff enough who work there. They spent a long time with me finding a suitable bike for my size and ability , Overall I would say they offer a very good service and would highly recommend them if you are going to be buying a new bike. or need help with repairs . and accessories , parts clothing . or just good advice . After a day off work and a 60 mile car journey, I set off from Sykes car park on a beautiful warm morning. After a few metres I realised that the right shifter wasn't working properly and there wasn't obviously wrong with it. I knew the Giant store wasn't too far away, so I cruised gently there. After some initial discussions, Mikey at the workshop said he would have a look at it. He quickly discovered there was a corroded cable and he could fix it there and then which he duly did. I very much appreciated the attention I received and that I was able to get back on the road and made my day truly worthwhile. The cost was reasonable too. Thank you Mikey and the team.
Called into Specialized today on the off chance for some advice. One of the team - Uldis spent ages with us adjusting my bike at various points and each time waited patiently for me to test ride around the car park. Couldn't as for a better 1:1 service. Uldis - I promise I will put my seat up once I feel more confident Thank you
The service here is truly exceptional. We just needed a puncture sorting (which was swift, efficient and good value) but the help and advice really went above and beyond. These guys are absolute pros who know thier stuff inside and out. A total pleasure doing business with you!
