Very lovely place, nice staff. a lot of interesting things about spitfire and soldiers and war. The museum is on the left side of the parking lot where there is a cafe and it's free. On the right side of the parking lot is a paid museum with more to see.

We had an absolutely fantastic day here. Dad is still flying high after experiencing the Spitfire and Lancaster simulator. These were his 90th birthday presents from the family. Thank you to everyone at the museum.
The staff were very helpful. It was free to enter, but donations are gratefully received. If you are into Spitfire and Hurricanes, you will enjoy this place. You only need to book in advance for the Spitfire simulation experience.
Really good museum. Free entry.two full size real life WW11 spitfires. Lots of artefacts. The simulator is PS30 and is an excellent addition I really enjoyed it it was very lifelike...have a go you will not regret it
Fantastic museum. Small but so much information. Grandson had the Spitfire simulator experience which was absolutely amazing. Howard was so patient with him and he had the best time and got a certificate. Great place run by volunteers. Well worth a visit.
