Found this lovely old church by accident while taking a detour & we're so glad we did. It was open so we stayed inside for a while & soaked up the ambience. Its very still & peaceful & set in a beautiful location. What I like about this church is that it's built truly for the purpose & remains unchanged throughout the centries.

Loved it ..not only my namesake ..but it's gorgeous .the congregation were marvellous..Thank You....Tower is NORMAN ...no masons marks visible?? .rest was added later after the great plague ..sadly the Manor house that once stood..adjacent ...is lost to time ...bring on time team
