A tranquil oasis in the heart of Bristol, St Anne's Woods is a 12-acre woodland area featuring a stunning array of flora and fauna. The woods are home to a variety of wildlife, including birds, bats, and insects, and offer scenic walking trails, picnic areas, and a tranquil atmosphere.
Beautifully little gem well hidden. Woods, stream, interesting plants & trees. No good for wheelchairs or pushchairs as steep paths/ steps taking you down into the valley. We'll worth a visit.
Nice little place hidden between the streets of Brislington. Quite a small forest, you can walk the whole thing in less than an hour. There is a river flowing through the middle with cascades and a bridge crossing over. The smell was not too pleasant however, but that is to be expected in a small park in a crowded city.
Lovely walk through the wild garlic. Then spent an hour or trying to coax my dog to paddle in the stream. A gem of a place...
Amazing little place, lovely spring running through it with small bridges and sometimes ducks come to visit. Just wish people stopped dumping their litter here.
Lovely quiet valley with St Anne's Well - an old medieval pilgrimage site.
Good linier Park in a wooded river valley, really an extension of Nightingale Valley. Excellent recommended.
Wheelchair-accessible car park
Good for kids
Dogs allowed
