This Victorian-era pier stretches 916 feet out to sea, offering stunning views of the Irish Sea and the surrounding coastline. The pier is lined with amusement arcades, food stalls, and shops selling souvenirs and traditional seaside treats. Visitors can ride the historic pier train, which runs along the pier's length, or take a leisurely stroll to the pier's end, where they can enjoy the views from the pier's tip or visit the lifeboat station. The pier is also home to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars, serving everything from traditional fish and chips to international cuisine.
St Anne's is a cool place to visit, especially if you like long walks. Both the wife and I enjoy walking, and we always cone here with our dog. If you can grab the Sea when it's in, it's fab. But be warned when she is out she really is OUT. There is not a great deal to do outside of walking. 2 days is enough.
One of the best arcades in the area. The staff were great with the kids, although prizes for tickets, as with other arcades, are slightly lacking. The kids all got something worth keeping though.
Beautiful walk with a live Shanty band at the life boat station (every Monday if you're passing). I'd love to see the pier fully restored one day
Nice small pier in the upmarket town on Lytham saint Ann's. Great limited spaces for motorhome parking . The grandchildren loved the beautiful sandy beach.
Beautiful place to visit, fish and chips , Ice creams, lovely places to sit, pubs and hotels. Lovely surroundings and lots of places for children to play. Highly recommended
Seaside pier and amusement arcade with cafe/ fish and chips and ice cream outlets to front. The original end of pier attractions and bars suffered a fire decades ago and were demolished. There is car parking to the front and access to the promenade. The beautiful beach is sand, pebble free.
