This tranquil oasis in the heart of St Helier, Jersey, is a beautifully maintained garden dedicated to the islanders who lost their lives during World War II. The garden's serene atmosphere is created by its lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and meandering paths. A stunning memorial wall bears the names of the fallen, while a poignant statue of a Jersey woman and her two children adds an emotional depth to the space. The garden's peaceful ambiance invites contemplation and reflection, making it a must-visit for those seeking a moment of solace and remembrance.
What a great find this was! Right in front of St heliers ferguson house, A little spot of tranquillity right there nestled away in amongst the hustle bustle and busy hospital. If it wasn't for the adorable giraffe metal sculptures that are perfectly placed eating high leaves on a tree, I would not of known it was there it was visible to me when coming out if ferguson house I saw the giraffes and being inquisitiveness also a big fan of giraffes I had to go and see. Glad I did as you wouldn't know its there as its so perfectly hidden in amongst its own tranquillity! Saved us several times when needing to escape the ward for a bit lovely little spot. If your lucky there's lots of tiny birds that meet in the trees there and have lovely relaxing birdsong
