A really lovely boat trip along the Cornish coast - we felt very safe, as we were in the hands of lifeboat crew! From being fitted into our life-jackets through to the skiffer helping us get off the boat at the end, everybody was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about marine life. We were paid a visit by a curious seal (known as "Wings") at the beginning and end of the trip, as well as seeing plenty of them feeding at "Seal Island". Definitely recommend to anyone in the St. Ives area!
Some friends and I set sail on the Dolly P yesterday and it was truly a highlight of our trip to Cornwall. We were set up with really clear instructions and felt super safe heading out. Mike and Mike did a great job of keeping everyone comfortable, informed and invested in the wonderful history of the bay. A trip well worth the time and money! Thank you.
Opted for the 1 hr. Seal island trip which was awesome! The expert onboard was very knowledgeable and friendly and the whole experience was very safely and professional organised! The scenery is amazing and will definitely do the 2 hr. trip next time
A memorable trip with some great sites organised by a company who know what they're doing. The two Mikes and everyone involved is very good at what they do. If you want a boat trip to go seal watching (and see more) in St Ives, I'd recommend the Dolly P.
A trip aboard the Dolly P was a highlight of our trip. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice - special shout out to Mike and Mike for their driving and tour guiding respectively. We saw lots of seals, cormorants, oyster catchers and a few shags, and learnt some things too. It was an excellent trip aboard a very smart boat. Highly recommend - many thanks Dolly P crew!
A lovely boat experience, we were a big group of 20. The boats are great and we even got to see seals. The team are very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
