This 12-acre park features a large playground, skate park, and multi-use games area, as well as a BMX track, football pitches, and a cricket square. The park also has a community centre, cafe, and toilets. Walking trails and open spaces provide opportunities for recreation and relaxation.
Great park for walking the dogs or just for getting some great views of the local area. A mix of hardcore and natural paths through the wildlife areas. Head along the natural paths where you'll find a viewing point with great views of Cockleroy Hill and the bridges over the Forth at South Queensferry. This park isn't owned by the council but actually belongs to a charity run by the residents of Standburn. They are all volunteers who maintain the park and raise funds to keep it in good condition. Have a visit and see if you can find the fairy doors hidden along the way.
Great views and lots of wildlife we are daily visitors. Love seeing all the different plants and birds we even see the deer peeking at us occasionally. Great for the dog and us for our Dailly exercise. Also love going without the dog for picnics in the summer
