Perfect starting spot for multiple beautiful walks through the brecon beacons.
Ascending Pen y Fan presents a satisfying challenge, though not for the faint-hearted. The climb is fairly tough, but the stunning views at the summit make it all worthwhile.
Great starting point for a hike up Pen y fan. Some parking is available and there's a food stall serving drinks and some food.
Went for residential. Good quality rooms and food (except there is no place to put your things apart from a small wooden box). The staff are nice. The activities provided are super enjoyable. There is a drying room that you put your wet things into and they dry overnight which sounds effective in words but it is really small and I almost lost a lot of my clothes by the end of the stay due to people knocking down my clothes and getting them dirty on the floor.
Nice place in the brecon park ideal for hikers and daytrippers
Busses are not frequent but are too the timetable. Center is great staff are friendly and fun
