What an awesome oasis this beautiful, serene canal basin is! Just walk around and absorb the quiet stillness that is literally minutes from the noise and bustle of the fairground and town centre.
Lovely spot to moor or visit. Very clean and pretty. Ideal spot for a picnic or lunch at the pub overlooking the river Severn. For boosters the CRT facilities are very nice and clean.
Interesting place to visit, if a little run down in places. I can never understand what the fairground is doing at that particular spot. Worth a quick look around though
Lovely view of all the locks and a lovely place to just sit and chill and enjoy the sunshine. We didn't manage to see any boats using the locks but was still a nice walk.
Personally Stourport would not be on my "must visit again" list. A boring town as stated by a group of local boys who I asked for advice on where to go. I wanted to visit Bewdley but even Uber don't exist in Stourport.
Really pretty area, close to shops, restsurants and entertainment
On-site services
Wheelchair-accessible car park
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
