Saw a film in The Studio. We had good sound & I had a clear view. Very reasonably priced & enabled us to see a film that was less mainstream. The temperature was comfortable.as outside it was really hot. Staff were friendly. Seating is fine.
I love visiting this place...such friendly staff, and although I haven't been lately, as often as I did, I'm always made to feel very welcome- and they show a really good selection of movies, as well as great stage shows. Highly recommended, if you haven't visited yet, and prices are really competetive...
Wonderful theatre, great atmosphere and staff are always so friendly. The range of films and performances is staggering for such a small establishment. Thoroughly recommend.
Such a beautiful (huge) theatre with the cheeriest ever volunteers and great facilities. No queues for the loos in the interval! Lovely bar, all very welcoming. Don't sit in the very top of the theatre if you are not super fit because it's a struggle to get up there, the lights are so dim at the top that you might miss your footing, it's very steeply raked.
Warm welcome, friendly staff and good variety of shows, music and films.
Great performances, still a quite dated building. Could do with a revamp
