We love it here, staff & food is great, little under 2 year too. Lots to do, about 5 floors for the older children to explore, including games! Only thing we find with soft plays in general is how many bugs the little ones pick up
Recently visited for our daughter's birthday party, we booked here after a great visit the previous year. However this time we were told on arrival we were in a makeshift party area at the base of the soft play area as they had booked two parties for the same time, we voiced our concerns to staff but they were not very interested and said there was nothing they could do. This meant we constantly had non party going children running through our party area taking balloons and running off with them. Of course we do not blame the non party children but it did cast a shadow over our party having to constantly ask the other children to not run through the makeshift area and take the party decorations. After paying around PS270 for a party plus all the food and drink parents were buying whilst at the party we were obviously very disappointed. In hindsight we should have cancelled the party the previous week when we visited to give them the forms required. After being blatantly ignored by the counter staff who were too busy talking amongst themselves to do their job, when they finally approached after us having to raise our voices to get them to acknowledge we were there they were not even too interested or even knowledgeable about what to do with the forms they asked us to fill out and bring back. All in all a poor visit to this establishment and we will not be returning for any future parties, this is a shame as the actual facilities they have for the soft play is actually very good unfortunately the staff employed here are in need of some serious customer service training and maybe some knowledge about the business they are working for. I'd rate this experience as 0 stars if it was not for the actual soft play facility. It is such a shame the staff can make a place with such good potential a poor experience.
Attention parents! I want to share a warning for those of you who take your children to soft play areas. Today, there was a woman, likely Romanian, with her daughter, around 6 years old. The child was very aggressive, hitting and pushing all the other kids, especially the younger ones. When approached about her daughter's behavior, the mother responded that she can't watch her 24/7. Unfortunately, the staff did not intervene. Please keep an eye on your children and be aware of this mother and her daughter. Stay safe!
Brilliant !! I Can't say any more really . It kept my grandkids occupied for ages . It's very well organised and probably the biggest and highest soft play area I've been to. But extremely safe . You ( or should I say your kids) will love it. Our grandchildren didn't want come home , they enjoyed it that much.
Great indoor play area for all ages. Clean and well maintained with very helpful staff. Weekdays and termtime there is no charge for adults which, as grandparents, we appreciate as it's very unlikely my hip would allow me to do any climbing! Other indoor providers please note! There's food and drink available and plenty of free, adjacent parking
Interviewed here for a job mid april, invited in a again for a trial shift and then was offered the job after that. I was given a start date, yet when I emailed back about what hours they wanted me to do it was radio silence. I emailed and rang up a fair amount of times only to be told the same thing "I'll let my supervisor/manager know" yet heard nothing. Then, a couple weeks later I was invited in for a training session, which they then emailed me day of saying it was cancelled and they'll contact me within a couple days, and since that email I've heard nothing. So just be aware if you're thinking about ever applying to work here, as I wouldn't want someone else to be waiting around for a company that can't communicate properly. Also, just a real shame as I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the trial shift too.
