Bigger and better rides this year but very expensive, not for the average working family to afford. Hot dogs are a minimum of PS7, although very delicious. The heated bar was nice but PS5 for a small cup of mulled wine when you can go across the road to Tesco and get a bottle for the same price. Amusement staff are VERY rude. They look you up and down while rolling their eyes at you. I had been lining up for one ride (spinning one next to haunted house) and there was a staff member no older than 18 with a nasty attitude. A few people were getting in ahead of us, as I stepped forward he slammed the gate on me. The people behind me even commented 'what's his problem?' Before he opened it again to let me and 5 other people through (must have realised his mistake when he counted how many carts are left) but it didn't end there. As I sat down I was unsure about how the bar worked so I tried calling him over, he ignored me so I shouted 'is it meant to click?' He walked straight past me staring at me in my eyes while I'm trying to get his attention and walked off. The ride started and realised very quickly it was meant to click. While struggling I managed to push it down while the ride was already going. I had to imagine what would have happened if I wasn't able to get the bar to click, the speed of that ride I would have been thrown off and seriously injured because one stroppy teenager hated his job. Up until that we had a lovely time. Very busy, beautiful live singer. You're lucky to spend at least PS50+ per person. I wouldn't recommend the haunted house as it's rickety, old with half efforted falling apart grinch figures. The scariest part about that ride is not knowing if it'll collapse on you or not. Everything else though was fantastic.

Usually go every year but wasn't a fan this year. Extremely pricey. Far too busy. The young boy on the small Disney car ride was incredibly rude. Even went as far as to say I should put my excited 1 year old daughter on a chain. Never been spoken to like that ever and I will not tolerate it. Won't be returning anytime soon which is disappointing.

Wonderful decorations and atmosphere, there were plenty of rides and games on offer. Definitely a place I would recommend

Annual Morgan family outing here and had a great time, with exception of the staff on Sizzler who seemed to think their time was better spent chatting to each other than actually closing the bars on the ride, the ride actually started moving and had it not been for much shouting I don't think they would have noticed that one of the cars being used still had the bar fully open, quiet when we went early evening which was nice as it made walking around easier, however the different levels of the temporary flooring are very easy to trip over, yes I did more than once , if you're not looking at the ground, staff on ice jet were really helpful

Good place for kids to have fun over the festive season. Fun and food under the same roof every year from end of November until the beginning of January.

Waterfront wonderland is a great location for Swansea town with plenty of parking around and hotels to stay in and restaurants and bars if wanted to continue your evening. It's free to walk in. In the Wonderland there is a giant wheel, rides (some are token based payments but some do allow card payments) there is a little bar, music, food outlets (Brockwurst, Burgers, Loaded fries, Yorkshire wraps, Marshmallows and Hot chocolate) Places to seat too There is also toilets there. There is Security there which made you feel safe and at ease. Some of the staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic but they were cold so maybe that was why they were a little fed up?!? Wheelchair and pushchair accessible - lots of room to get round.
