An intermediate station on the Talyllyn Railway. Dolgoch is a charming rural halt in stunning Snowdonia. Fantastic walks from the station take in the Dolgoch Falls and the famous Dolgoch viaduct. Join the train here to go up the line to Abergynolwyn/Nant Gwernol or down to Tywyn (subject to space on the train)
A great little steam engine and station. Easily accessible and with the waterfall walk to entertain you as well a please hour or so activity for all the family. Car park was PS2 for 2hrs PS4 all day (April 2022)
Very friendly stationmaster on monday afternoon, Aug 28, who gave us lots of information and even drew us a map on the back or an enveloppe.
Lovely dolgoch station and a nice walk to the Waterfall a good trip into nice country side
Lovely unspoilt walk through beautiful woodland. With the Wonderful Talyllyn Railway passing by!
