It is quite amazing to visit this unusual monument in Macduff, Aberdeenshire. We had parked in Banff and walked across the bridge and after a short climb we were afforded some great views. The monument was at one time a folly for Duff House and housed a statue of Venus. Well worth the effort to come and see this especially on a nice day the views are superb.
