We came for playing games here but some machines doesn't have tickets to kids ,we asked the staff member but they said this machine doesn't have tickets since last three years and he left with his rude behaviour and their is not any sign that no ticket given

You can see divots on the lanes, and I couldn't find a single ball that didn't have literal chunks missing from them. Would've rated higher if it wasn't for the state of the lanes and balls, particularly as bowling is their "main thing". Bar that, still had a good time
They need more staff!! The place is incredibly busy and the poor limited staff at are here are completely run off their feet! I do hope they are paid well!!! If not, they need a raise or you need to employ more staff!!! Other than that, great amusements and bowling... just slooooooww service due to limited staff working as hard as they can. Imagine how much more money could be table at the bar etc if there were people to serve!! The queue to book into bowling is soooo loooonngggg....
Went with friends mid-week. Enjoyed the bowling and the atmosphere. We ordered food, which I feel disappointed all of us. (Group of about 8) We ate it because we were hungry, as most had come straight from work. Very tiny, naked, burger and bun. Whether you ordered veggie or meat. The chips also, minimal. All our food was cold. Toilets were clean. But some awful people had neglected to flush their toilet after use. (Might have been children, who'd gone by themselves ...) All said, I'd recommend for a fun night out with friends or family. Lots of arcade games to play inside the venue and seating areas with tables. I'd highly advise you eat before or after your games. (Packed snacks? lol)
I had visited this centre a few days ago. And on our second game of bowling the electrictiy out meaning we wouldn't be able to finish our game. Then they came around offering us less than 10% of the orginial price we paid. I would not recommend you come to this place at all. For those on social media (tik-tok,Instagram etc) be prepared to hear about this place on some larger platforms with large social media following.
