The rudest staff you'll ever encounter. The manager that booked me in spoke to me like I was a naughty three year old for being five minutes late and then tried to blame us for the faulty bumpers on the lane. It's a bitter pill to swallow when you're paying so much for such a short experience. The faulty equipment just added to a terrible experience from start to finish. Give this place a wide berth and go to Roxy or Nottingham Bowl, both with far better reviews and not based in a derelict site in decline so far more options for food and drink (as you won't want any from Tenpin; it's shocking).

This was my first bowling experience in the UK and I was pleasantly surprised! The ambiance, cleanliness, food and drinks service everything was top notch. It was a fun filled evening, will definitely come again 10/10

My daughter turned 8 and really enjoyed her tenpin party. Staff were brilliant food was great. The atmosphere was buzzing with all the other parties. All the parents said what good value for money the party package was and they are now thinking of booking. I would highly recommend a tenpin party. The tenpin goody bag was a lovely surprise. We booked the kareoke room for after and that was also amazing. We had a great morning. Thank-you.

We've just done the Escape room Alcatraz, wow it was awesome! So much fun and a lot harder than we thought it would be! Definitely would recommend it with family and friends. We did it in 55.33 with only 3 tips staff was amazing! ( Gareth ) booking ref 125891 He made the whole experience so much fun in and out of character! We've just booked again for the toy one, fingers crossed we get him again!

We had a small party for my sons birthday and his friends. 2 hours and 2 games but we couldn't finish the second game due to the staff kept doing party games so we ran out of time. Though the staff where great and friendly. Pizza and chips was served and enjoyed by the kids and each was given a good sized chocolate bar. My son was given a gift bag which he loved. There are other things to do as well as bowling you can play pool, air hockey and plenty of arcade machines. Everything is wheelchair friendly. We will be going back again to have a family bowl and hopefully there won't be a time limit.

Great place for kids. Can get some good deals on bowling etc. Food and drink are surprisingly reasonably priced. Knocked off a star as the music is so loud in there you struggle to have a normal conversation. Did ask if they could turn it down a little whilst we did a kids football presentation as we couldn't hear the coach but was told no.
