Haunted-house attraction using live actors & special effects to re-create horror movie scenes.
Fun little attraction! We are big horror fans, and for the price we were pleasantly surprised and really impressed with the quality of the set pieces/theming! A few more live scare actors would make this even better!
Took my child, who walked in and wanted to leave as we walked through the very first door, less than 30 seconds in and left through the entrance that's how little we went in, she came out crying. Asked if I could use the tickets to come tomorrow with my sister and family, I was told no refunds. Was not advised this on the door. We were literally in 30 seconds. I get with adults no refunds, but a child coming out crying after 30 seconds they could at least do tickets to return later. Won't visit again even with my adult friends now.
I can't believe this is still going. I came here about 25 years ago in my teens whilst on holiday. It was great fun. If the escape out is still the same, i remember walking through into a narrow corridor with my mate behind me, before then getting the biggest scare and running out the final door and almost running into the road. Pure horror adrenaline! Great memory.
Right. Let's get one thing straight. This is a load of rubbish. But it's a really good load of quite scary rubbish - and I loved it. And you will too. Probably. I don't really know why I went in. I asked the chap selling tickets a couple of questions and thought it would be a laugh - so I bought a ticket. I went through the first couple of rooms, laughing at the effects and enjoying myself. Then I went up a flight of stairs through a really dark room, and just as I was about to push on, I felt myself becoming a little hesitant. I even considered bailing. I took a couple of minutes, gave myself a bit of a talking to and pushed on. And now I feel quite pleased with myself. Fun = had. PS6 = spent. Pants = pooed.
I went in with my sister. The chainsaw at the end of the attraction scared me and my sister so much. Some of the lights were broken but that's because a few days before we went in. They had a flood and some of the lights broke like the lights on the bates motel scene. But it was still very good and they are getting more lights put in. Way worth the visit
Been in today and thought this was absolutely terrifying!!! My boyfriend and I went in thinking we'd be looking at fun horror sets we did not expect to be gripping each other screaming through out!! It was the dinosaur that made us really jump I fell to the floor haha! Also! We saw the live actor and thought they were just a figurine! We were looking at them for ages and ran so fast when they started to come after us. We were so scared we didn't dare look in the last attraction which I'm glad as I've read it's a super scary chainsaw one. 10/10 recommend, will definitely brave it again next time in in Scarborough!
