Yuletide theme park featuring Nordic skiing, ice skating, snowflake maze, gifts and Santa's grotto.
No one answers phone...all day. An insane amount of people let in, far too many. No staff on site through forest...hundreds of kids on climbing frames and slides together, had to rescue crying children myself. Queued 50mins-1hr for hot chocolate, only one young girl staffing the cabin for the day on one of the busiest weekends leading up to Christmas. one food van closed, the other a wait of 1 hr (hungry children). We weren't allowed to join the main queue for the pre-booked grotto, until 5 minutes before our time slot...by which time the queue was long (again), and we went in later than expected. All kids received the same cuddly toy! Far too much money for the experience we had. Not enjoyable. Greed springs to mind. One star given to the girl making hot drinks on her own, kept smiling!
A great festive day out! The grotto is superb, and the enchanted walk was loved by all the family. Great food, and excellent Christmas store.
good in winter u can skee the corse and in summer they one weeled eletric bikes cool i know but that is not all the objects talk magical
