Historic architectural landmark featuring townhouses curving around a circular grassy area.
An absolutely stunning piece of architecture that you almost have to see to believe! It was a quiet and calm area and had a relaxing walk around it. Sat in the shade of the trees in the middle and Googled about The Circus and learned some history of it.
An excellent piece of Georgian architecture. In my opinion even better than the Cresent. Just a nice place to walk.
Pictures don't quite do this area justice, because it's difficult to capture everything in one photo. So this video will have to suffice, for this picturesque and beautiful part of town.
Incredible example of Georgian Architecture. One of the best spots in the city with its unique look. There aren't many cars diving around which makes this place pretty calm and therefore nice to visit.
The Circus has great architecture and is well kept only a 5 minute walk from the Royal Crescent, so it makes sense to have a look
The weather was fabulous when I visited. Sat under the shades of the plane trees and the cold breeze made a very relaxing afternoon. It was not busy at all compared to the greens in front of the royal crescent.
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
