With 6 captivating and immersive zones, this 2-hour play experience is enjoyable for all children under 10 years old.
Booked online and visit entry time seems fairly flexible. Popular place and wrist bands were called after 90 minutes. Went with my 16 year old son who looks like a ten year old and is on the level of a 6 year old. He loved it. Play areas are designed for toddlers to about 12. Ball pit is very small ones only. Music show is like mini disco with a Gruffalo dancing at front. Chance to get photos with the characters and you could take your own photos or buy theirs. Parents and staff could see my son loved it and was looking out for the tiddlers. Stayed30 minutes, but could see why groups with small ones would stay for 90. Staff were great
All I can say is.. wow! From the minute we walked in, everything was just incredible. The staff wore smiles on their faces & made it so magical for my toddler (and for me- we are huge Julia Donaldson fans in our house). The place is huge, so much to do! Plenty of meet and greets and story times. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lady who was doing the story times and shows, however we arrived at the 10:45 session 07/07/24 so I'm sure management can work out who from that, she was absolutely amazing at what she does, all the children were glued to her reading the story. The clubhouse is very clean, and they have clearly responded to feedback of the capacity as there was plenty of seating and also quite a few children however not enough for it to be overcrowded! The only thing I'd say is the slide in the zog bit needs looking at, it's extremely wobbly and dips down quite a bit when children go down it and I'd say that's going to be a safety hazard in the long run as it's not secure at all. Other than that, we loved the club house. We will be back soon I'm sure. Especially in summer.
We visited twice in our Blackpool mini holiday. It was a great time and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves Plenty to do, staff did lots of activities. Lots of photo opportunities. Mini cafe inside which was great Lots of seatings
Very reasonably priced. Really friendly service right from reception up until leaving. Someone was waiting to greet us as soon as we went in after reception which was a nice touch. Soft play in excellent condition and clean although not huge. Story/dance show every half hour I believe which is a good time to do soft play as it gets quieter. Toilets are very clean and cafe is decent with Costa Coffee machines. Several photo opportunities after the shows with the characters i.e. Gruffalo and Zog. Zog area, Snail and the whale (just a shallow ball pit), Room on the Broom area (younger soft play maybe under 2s) are very small in my opinion. Overall a good fun few hours spent there for a decent price just not a massive place where you could spend hours and hours. Was great for a 3 year old but would say good for all ages up to around 6/7
This is outstanding, our whole family enjoyed it so much we booked to visit again the following day. Throughout your time there they have character visits with photo opportunities, little shows and activities, treasure hunts, questions such as naming characters in a story and you can get little prizes such as stickers or pop badges. It's brilliantly interactive and I was so impressed. There are good changing facilities, a cafe, ball pit, baby area and the soft play. We were lucky both days and got in the same day but arrived very early and during term time. The only thing I think could make this better is to have a little foot stall in the bathrooms so the children can step up to wash their hands without being lifted.
Went today with my 3 year old son who is newly obsessed with the Gruffalo, the staff are great, very friendly. The place itself is magical, very clean and so much to see and do. Unfortunately we only stayed for 10 minutes my little boy has Autism and it was to overstimulating for him and he got upset and wanted to leave
