The Neptune Fountain is a large ornamental fountain situated in the gardens of the Holkham Hall estate in Norfolk, England. The fountain features a central statue of Neptune, the Roman god of the sea, standing on a rocky outcrop surrounded by four smaller statues of mermaids and sea creatures. The fountain is surrounded by a large pool of water, which is home to a variety of fish and other aquatic life. The Neptune Fountain is a popular tourist attraction and a notable example of 18th-century English landscape gardening.
Amazing fountain inspired by Di Trevi fountain in Rome. Great shopping centre.
It was off and there was no signage as to why sooo... that was disappointing
Lovely looking fountain, shame it isn't working at the moment.
It's rarely functional and the barrier because of the road does ruin what could be a lovely fountain
Worth a visit if or when you are in the area A lot of people go there to take selfies or like me photos of the fountain
It is a lovely fountain and I can imagine it might be a nice place to sit and take in but it is hard to rate this location because as a standalone experience it is just a beautiful fountain. I would have given it lower than 3 stars but I gave it 3 stars due to the fact it is part of an accumulation of sightseeing locations that come together as an aesthetic experience. Definitely go see it and other places, like some of the architecture while maybe doing some shopping.
