A scenic pedestrian walkway along the south bank of the River Thames in London, offering stunning views of the river, the city skyline, and the Tower of London.
A beautiful place for evening walk. Would recommend to come after dark to enjoy lights. The view of big Ben and London eye is the crown. There isn't much options for food thos so would recommend to have takeaway. There are lots of places to sit and eat with view of big Ben.
Even though I have been living in London for over 35 years. I rarely come to this area. Today, on the 28/2/2024-Wednesday. After having our anniversary lunch, we decided to take a stroll all the Thames side. And we find this Queen's Walk scenery was astonishing.. Highly recommended to spend a day here in this area
Be sure to look for Charlotte Campbell busking at her favourite spot next to the London Eye, as she does regularly in the afternoon (alternating with other buskers). She's got a great voice and is friendly to her audience as she sings covers and her own original songs.
Taking a walk along the Queen's Walk is full of things to see, do and eat! It starts at Lambeth Bridge and extends all the way to the Tower Bridge and attractions include the London Eye, the Aquarium, South Bank Centre and so much more.
We went for Queen's walk starting from Tower Bridge and ending it at London Eye. It was night time. We saw all the Bridges such as London Bridge, Golden Bridge, Millennium Bridge etc in this River side walk. Also found people doing different activities such as practicing stunts with Electric scooters. It took us exact 40minutes to do it. Would like to do this walk also in the day time sometime.
A very memorable, relaxing evening walk. We walked this way from SeaLife to Borough market when we were visiting London for the first time. I'm sure the walk is really nice any time of day, but at evening, with all the people bustling about, the street performers and buskers, this place really came alive and felt amazing!
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
