A converted 18th century sail loft housing the personal collection of maritime paintings, nauticalia and artifacts which belonged to the late Sir Max Aitken. We are licensed to hold weddings and are available for hire for private events. The museum is open to the public for the summer from 1st May to 30th September and entry is free.

if tou have 1/2hr to 1hr to spare in cowes, this is a great little place to visit, chock full of interesting artifacts relating to sir max aitken. (be warned, there are stairs)
