What a lovely place to go walk around feed some / see some ducks and swans up close, has two parks for the little ones and slightly bigger little ones and a skate park next to it too. Always go here on a little outing little one lobes the ducks and the park.
Lovely peaceful walk when you want to escape the summer hustle and bustle of Porthcawl, the lake is surrounded by trees so makes it nice and cool on very hot days. We took some bird seeds to feed the ducks and scooters to ride on the path around the lake, we also spotted a duck with its ducklings at the side of the lake... they loved it!
Love this place. Been to the park with the little one so many times. Didn't even know the duck ponds where there. Seeing a giant fish and squirrels is such a added bonus. So many different kinds of birds to. Cheap day out. Loaf of bread and away you go
We live close-by and love walking around the lake, so peaceful and beautiful.
