Celebrated my youngest son's birthday there with 9 classmates. Supposed hosted party wasn't hosted after all. One person running the whole place ( she was rushed off her feet). Despite children having lots of fun, I don't think it was worth the money due to poor management...
Lovely staff and food is good BUT it's not very clean. All behind the equipment is beyond dusty. We went today and the sofa (which is tired and worn anyway ) was covered in crumbs. Like months and months of old food. The baby chairs I've always had to wipe before my son can sit in them as they are obviously not cleaned. Old food and whatever else on them. Baby section is basic and needs more stuff too. Could be lovely but cleanliness is a 2 out of 5 at best.
Brilliant soft play. Loads to do. Friendly staff. Flooring is concrete in main seating area but other than that play area is generally clean and well padded.
Baby area very basic, especially compared to photos. Expensive for what it is. Baby area also full of older children running around, throwing stuff and no parental supervision despite the centre being tiny. Will not be going back by far the worst soft play we've taken our daughter to. The one we usually take her to is cheaper, has far more for her to do and much safer.
Ticks all the boxes. Was very quiet for a Sunday, but that suited me and my one year old. Reasonable food choices available and friendly staff.
Perfect place to take the kiddies on a rainy day. We took our 7 year old and 2 year olds and it was perfect for both ages. Also, the coffee was delicious!
