Can't recommend this place enough. My kids are begging to go back. Staff were friendly and great with kids. Animals were well looked after and the entire place was immaculately clean. Pirate show and princess meet and greet were fab and free. Kids were entertained all day - boys 4yrs and 12yrs. Dino walk and hunt was fab as well as dino meet and greet. Little one completed the trail and got a nice dino mask free. Food was very reasonable and good portion sizes. Some activities had a small fee but we prepaid for them when we booked our tickets online. Family of 4 full day out including food and activities PS100. See pictures I've put on.

I absolutely recommend this place , I came camping for a couple of days. Staff are very accommodating, and we had the support from David, who worked on the grounds and was part of the team who made us feel very welcome. We got to enjoy the safari and the animals, again David was very knowledgeable when taking us around the safari and explaining what was what etc. The place is very clean with the best showers I've used when camping. I would absolutely come back, especially considering the customer service, the place itself, and the surroundings.

Googled this place for a day out with the kids as we was stopping locally in a holiday lodge. Booked as it looked suitable for our girls (11 & 3mth) No wait on arrival & straight in. I had looked online in advance but wasn't fully aware of the size, how established & how much was on offer. Fantastic day out, kids loved it. From feeding the goats, cow calfs & sheep. To the indoor soft play area offering a rest for parents & great selection of food, cold drinks & icecreams. Then we went on the Dino trail (which the 11 year old loved) onto the giant bouncing pillows, meeting the characters from the show & farm safari & caterpillar train through fields. To note the weather was fantastic & the outdoor play area with seating was perfect for a rest whilst feeding baby. Great day enjoyed by all, definitely recommend if in the area

An absolutely brilliant Easter event. Every staff member made the children feel special and the effort that went in to the event was huge. Each child got to decorate their own chocolate bar and were encouraged to take part in all activities. After the Easter event we went to our booked soft play time slot. To be honest I would happily pay the entrance fee just for this! Very clean and even though it was very busy it wasn't overcrowded. We usually bring a picnic but tried the food in the Diner, which was nice and reasonably priced. Feeding the animals is one of our favourite activities and they all expect lots of food which can be purchased from reception. The animals seem to be well cared for and my son's day was made when he was able to hold a baby chick! The barrel ride was great and only an extra PS2 for a pretty long ride which seemed enjoyable. You pay per barrel which I thought was good as parents can get in with their child (if you can fit ). A fabulous day and would strongly recommend coming, especially for their special events.

Absolutely phenomenal day out with so many things to do! I just wish the day was longer as we missed a couple of things due to the kids wanting to go on the junior quad bikes! 10/10 would go again if we find ourselves nearby again!

Absolutely amazing place for kids of all ages, staff are really friendly and there is loads to do, the Easter egg hunt to find the letters engaged everyone and they kids won a prize at they end which made the kids more determined to find all letters. The animals were all in clean pens which shows how much pride the staff take in there workplace. All round brilliant day.
