A picturesque beach with soft, golden sand and calm, clear waters, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The beach is lined with picturesque dunes and grassy hills, providing a natural and peaceful atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy water sports, such as sailing and kayaking, or take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline. The beach is also a popular spot for fishing, with many anglers trying their luck in the waters. As the tide goes out, the beach reveals a vast expanse of sand, ideal for building sandcastles and having fun with the family.
Most of the beach is useless... Bushy, stoney beach! Almost no sand, hard spikey surface! You are lucky if you find sand to play for your children.
Wonderful beach. Sandy and pebbly, good to relax on the beach and play all sorts of beach games! When I first read the reviews I was undecided on going but when I arrived I had the time of my life! 100% would revisit! - Abbas Mustafa (Limia's son)
Great beach for walk or run at any time of the day. I tend to qalk along the beach first thing in the morning, with the fresh breeze coming in off the water. Rhe view on s good day is brilliant and worth going down uo the beach for. The place is really clean and the beach area pebbled all the along the beach to Southend and Shoeburyness. The only issue is most of the promanade area has parking meters so you either need to pay to pay or find a space on one of the side street. I tend to park on the one of the side streets.
Very pretty at the low tide. It always fascinates me to see the way boats get stuck in the mud at low tides. The beach is not busy at all. Saw only a handful of sunbathing people.
Nice quiet beach. There is parking along the beach which is pay and display but also free parking a few roads away. Public toilets available but beware they close the gates to the toilets at 8.
Super beach with relaxed vibes - that for me somehow echoed beach vibes in Europe. We caught the end of the day sun and had a nice dip. Lots of parking on the road just above the beach (that you would have to pay for during the day) - and relatively quiet road :)
