The Tin Man is a 12-meter-tall sculpture of a tin can man located in Birmingham, UK. Made from recycled tin cans, this quirky artwork was created by artist Kenny Hunter in 2014. The sculpture is a nod to Birmingham's industrial heritage and the city's history of metalworking. Its imposing size and striking appearance make it a popular spot for photos and a beloved local landmark.
Amazing walk to see the tin man sculpture and around the headland. The steps from the beach are really steep and there are alot of them, so not for the faint hearted. You can access from another path, avoiding the steps from the village but there is still alot of uphill. The views from.the top are amazing.
It is well worth the climb up the headland from Llanberis beach to visit the Tin Man sculpture and see the views from up top. Be aware it is a challenging ascent up the 300+ steps, sturdy footwear is a must and I would avoid it when the ground is wet.
Beautiful beach, lovely views from the top..quite a walk but worth it.
Great views. 97 metre climb up some steps to the Tin Man, which are not easy for small children and people who might to walk. The journey to the top is well worth the views.
About 300 very steep steps bring you to this lovely viewpoint. Keep following the headland circular path and climb up to the summit trigpoint and you will be rewarded with a view 10 x better, with much of the Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia visible.
Lovely walk up to the Tin Man. Steps from the beach are steep but you can also walk from the village using part of the Wales coastal path around the headland. Both beautiful.
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
